Don now composes and records in his own cutting-edge 8 Box Music Studio located between Detroit, MI
and Toledo, OH. Before that, he worked in just about every capacity in the industry, gaining a vivid
understanding of the business as his education, training, experience and creativity merged.

As a composer, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and arranger, Don's reward comes from seeing songs
connect with an audience. As a singer who has performed everywhere from Carnegie Hall and the Vatican
to theaters and hole-in-the-wall rock clubs, he easily relates to the people he works with -- letting the
music evolve naturally and creatively without anything getting in the way.

Don's experience in the industry is extremely well-rounded, which he attributes to helping keep his creative
instincts sharp. He's worked professionally as a music editor, booking agent, and tour manager, and has
produced, recorded, and performed with artists including Jesus Jones, The Faint, Sister Machine Gun,
Chris Connelly, Kill Hannah, and Rasputina. Don has also received numerous
Detroit Music Awards nominations, was a featured artist (with his band Esion) on Invisible/Caroline Records'
Notes From Thee Real Underground compilation series, and has licensed his music to MTV.
